About KALEO:
KALEO is a Christian wellness retreat ministry creating sacred spaces for women to rest, reconnect with God, and restore their mind, body, and spirit. Through coastal retreats, holistic wellness practices, and a Christ-centered community, we help women experience the presence of God in a tangible way.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Retreat Chef to join our team on a per-retreat basis. This role is ideal for someone who loves hospitality, has a passion for healthy, clean, and nourishing food, and feels called to use their gift of cooking to serve women in a ministry setting. You will be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving meals for groups of 10–20 women during our 3–4 day retreats.
What You’ll Do:
Execute retreat menus that are wholesome, nourishing, and aligned with clean eating and wellness values (gluten-free friendly, with accommodations for dietary restrictions as needed).
Prepare and serve 2–3 meals per day during the retreat, including snacks and beverages.
Create an atmosphere of hospitality and service through meals that feel abundant, intentional, and nourishing.
Clean up the kitchen and dining space after meals, maintaining a peaceful, welcoming environment.
Collaborate with retreat leaders to ensure meals fit within the flow of the retreat schedule.

Who You Are:
A follower of Jesus with a heart for ministry and serving women.
Passionate about wellness and the role of food in nourishing both body and soul.
Experienced in cooking for families, groups, or events.
Organized, flexible, and able to manage time well in a retreat setting.
Warm, approachable, and able to bring joy and peace into the kitchen environment.
Details:
Location: 30A, Seagrove Beach, FL & other coastal retreat locations.
Schedule: Per retreat (3–4 days, 4-6 retreats/year).
Compensation: Paid per retreat ($500-$750 + travel + lodging + meals)
Reports to: KALEO Retreat Founder.
